400-Day Clock Temperature Compensating Suspension Springs-  Made of N-Span "C" alloy that is far superior to steel or bronze.  It not only controls spring tension during temperature changes, but it also makes allowance for expansion and contraction of the pendulum bob.  12 pieces per package   Price $19.95 per pkg.

Don't know which spring is correct for your clock?:   To determine which is the right size for your clock, measure the width of your broken spring using a micrometer.  If you don't have a piece of the broken spring, you will have to either consult the Horolovar 400 Day Clock Guide or purchase the popular and intermediate assortments featured below.

Horolovar 400-Day Clock Beat Setting Tool-  Takes the work out of beat setting.  After tightening the locking screw, clamp the jaws to the saddle or ends of suspension unit and start the pendulum rotating.  The long arm will enable you to make micrometer adjustments while watching the escapement action.

Determining Key Size-   If you've lost your key, don't know your key size and you need to determine it:  Take a softened wax rod and insert it into the key opening.  Press it gently against the key shaft to make an impression in the wax.  Remove the wax rod and measure the impression to determine key size.
